May 4th and 5th kaelyn school Oregon trail overnight

Kaelyn's class went on a field trip to the Oregon trail overnight. where they learned all about pioneer life. Erik tagged along like he did when Sean did this. He says the next 2 kids I have to go. we'll see. Here are a few pictures from the trip.

kaelyn gymnastics state meet and Sean soccer State cup

Sunday April 25th kaelyn Level 5 state Meet

We did not get very good videos at the state meet. camera was acting up and very blurry. but she did great. not her best meet but she was still in the top 10. If I can figure out how to get the videos off the other camera i will post those.

Sean also had a Soccer game Quarter final's for State cup. they won and moved on to semi finals.

May 2nd
Sean Semi finals in the State Cup. they lost and are knocked out of the tournament. If they would have won this game they would have moved on to finals but also would have gone to regional s in Albuquerque New Mexico. oh well maybe next year.

Pine wood Derby

Tuesday April 13th Jakob had his first pinewood derby race. there were 3 boys in his den competing and he came in 3rd place. he was very proud of his car and metal and did not realize that 3d place was last place and we did not let him know any different. He was very cute about it. here are a few pictures from the night.

Jake started playing baseball in April. He had his first game on April 10th. here is a pictures just before the 1st game.

He started out not being able to hit the ball when pitched to him, but was a great batter from the tee. He has since improved greatly and can hit the ball when pitched at least half the time. He is off on his swing and swings way too early but we are working on it. More action photos to come.
