Trip to Michigan for Tommy's Graduation Party

First weekend in June, I headed to Michigan for my nephews graduation party. I was only there for a few days but was so busy helping my sister get ready for the party, the actual party and visiting a few family members, I forgot to take pictures. The part was great, she had a taco/burrito bar with all the fixing, she made the cakes with a friend and I got to help do some of the frosting. We put together the card basket, and posters of pictures. At the end of the party Tommy set off fireworks. The next day was going to church, visiting my aunt who was sick in the hospital and doing clean up from the party. Before I knew it, it was time to head home.

Jake decided he was going to try baseball again this year. one of the parents took some really good pictures and put together a cd for all the players. Here are a few.

Mothers Day

We made her cry. this was the horse she bought Sean for his 1st birthday. All the kids have enjoyed bouncing on it. We took it apart, repainted it and added a few accessories to make it a flower pot carousel horse. Everyone helped with some part of it.

So not a very exciting mothers day. I had work and than came home to finish up Grandma's project we worked on. and then homework. Kids and Dad did fend for yourself night for dinner and I ate when I was done with my homework. I started taking online classes in April and this was my first term of classes. After we delivered grandma's gift and came back home. Kids and Erik surprised me with a few gifts and cards.

Easter, Erik and Judy birthday

Not much happened in April. The kids usual stuff, soccer, gymnastics and scouts. The end of April we celebrated Easter and couple of April Birthday's. It was too hard to find a time that worked to celebrate both separately so we had an Easter celebration and their birthdays at the same time. We did our normal and let the kids get up and see their baskets the Easter bunny brought, then got ready and headed to church. I had to stay and work while the rest went back to Grandma and Grandpa's house to get food started. By the time I got there, everyone had eaten and were waiting for me to do Easter egg hunt and have cake for the Birthday people. We then headed over to Aunt Bonnie's and Uncle Mike's for dinner.
